This is an excellent post filled with great details about the apeman cameras. I use them as security cameras as well and getting the shortcut to figuring everything out like web UI is very appreciated.

I have the same problem since I have changed the static IP address of my camera. The App for Android is really crap.

Otherwise, dowwload EyeCloud for PC : http://www.eyecloud.so/web/PCEyeCloud.html
Once installed, Add your Camera using the “Find” button.
NB.: It will ask you to change the password if it’s still the default one.
Otherwise, as you don’t know the password, you will see a message: “the password of the IP camera is incorrect” in the monitoring screen.
Right click the camera in the list, on the right and select “Camera Options” to try to enter another password.
If you can still not connect, click on the icon “Setup” in the bottom-right corner and then select “change operator”.
Finally, click on “Recover” and enter your recovery email address.

I have an ID71 and need to recover the password. I have a recovery email attached to the camera.

In reply to Jürgen Spinrath. Simply use the IP address of the camera, port 80, in Chrome, and click on the entry "Server Push Mode". You will have access to all the options via the web interface.

mit welchem Webinterface kann man auf die Kamera Apeman ID71 zugreifen ?
Mit dem Webinterface sollen mehr Einstellunge möglich sein
